I was somewhat skeptical if we had anything worth selling as I was inclined to donate everything. Well I'm very happy that we instead hired Robert and Christa Deal to handle our sale. I can't say enough good things about them, they exceeded our expectations about everything. They did an amazing job , doing everything they said on time or even early. They are just extremely professional , very caring and respectful and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Deals did a great job with the sale of my parents belongings. I have been to many estate sales over the years and I have to say the way Deals merchandised the house was better than anything I have seen. Very clean, organized well presented. Deal's Estate Sale did the estate sale for my fathers estate when he passed.
If you could give them a rating of '10' I would. They told me not to throw away anything as I went through the house. They advertised, went through everything, threw away the trash, set up, sold, boxed the left overs and cleaned after themselves. I was unable to be at the sale so I sent in two people to check it out for me. The reports were great. Steady flow of people. People waiting before it started. Set up of sale incredible. Clear and concise policy posted. Sales team was professional and efficient. There were a couple of people who gave her their number with interest in buying the house. One made me an offer yesterday and he too commented on how impressed he was with the estate sale.

They made an absolute horrible situation bearable and manageable. I could not have made it through this without them.

The Deals managed my Mother's Estate Sale. After the family had sorted through items and taken what we wanted, they went through the entire house - including the attic - and sold them in a 3 day estate sale. They charge a commission, and items not sold are donated to charity and we got a donation tax receipt. They were great. They are friendly, know how to price items, and were nice enough to put aside items that they thought we might want to keep in the family. When the sale was over, the house was left completely empty and swept clean. Such a help during a difficult time. My mistake was not keeping some of the things before they got there - I gave clothes to charity, and threw out things like partially used shampoo, etc, that the Deals later told me they'd rather take care of - it's amazing what they can sell. I highly recommend them, and have already to friends.

It went very well. I live in a different town than the sale took place in and they handled everything for me beyond expectation. The Deal's are incredibly competent in their line of work and are able to make the process of an estate sale go very smoothly. Robert and Christa are also very kind and fair people, I would not hesitate to refer them to any one.

Do interview several people to feel comfortable with the ones that will take over your home. Deal was excellent. Do find out what happens when the sale is over. Deal handled everything. I live 5 hours from where the sale was happening, and they were able to handle everything, and lock up a clean house when they were done. I didn't have to come back behind them. Both Mr & Mrs Deal were very professional and pleasant t work with.

They did an amazing job with my sister's estate. They really know their stuff when it comes to collectables. I found them to be very honest and gave them free access to the house. I will definitely use them again. They took care of everything including going into attic to get stuff down. They protected antique doors that were there during the sale. Any doors that they took down were put back up exactly where they were after the sale. They took small items home to price in order to expedite the sale.Don't discard anything because it's amazing what is worth something and they know. They weren't pushy like I found some that I had interviewed. They were more like family. If I wanted to keep something it was not a problem which was not the case with others I interviewed. They broke our sale into two events since there was so much stuff which made for a much better profit instead of rushing everything into one sale. They were very security focused during each sale. Will definitely use this service again.

My mother-in-law passed away in April. My wife and I live out of state so we had to do EVERYTHING by long distance. We had two other estate sale groups completely flake out on us. We were so fortunate to find the Deals. They handled everything with superb professionalism and care. After interviewing several companies in the North Texas area, we decided to hire Christa and Robert Deal to handle the very daunting task of settling our parents estate. Quite frankly we were overwhelmed at the mere thought of cleaning everything out. I had the pleasure of working with Christa and Robert Deal and their staff in preparing for my mother’s estate sale. When I first started the process of liquidating I thought I could do it by myself.
